Rules:
- A non-refundable entry fee of PLN 100 per team is charged when registering for the league.
- Each round lasts 5 weeks. Each group consists of 5 teams.
- Games are subject to a 100-minute time limit - the last-end signal marks the end of play.
- Players officiate their own games.
- The result of each game must be reported at the club reception and a photo of the scoreboard must be posted in the Curling Lodz League Facebook group. Games may only be played at Curling Lodz.
- After each round, in every group:
- Teams 1 and 2 are promoted to the higher group (except in the first group).
- Team 3 remains in its group.
- Teams 4 and 5 are relegated to the lower group (except in the last group).
- Players pay PLN 230 per team before the game starts.
- New teams are added to the last group. Joining during an ongoing round is possible.
- Each team must play at least 3 games per round. A team that does not play the required number of games must register for the league again.
- Scoring:
- 10 points for a win; 5 points for a draw; 2 points for a won end; 10 points for playing a game.
- After each round, teams receive points according to their position: group A places 1-5, group B places 6-10, and so on.
- The points classification is won by the team with the highest total after the competition ends.
- A team consists of 4 players and optionally two substitutes. At least 3 players must attend each game. Teams may be mixed. Extenders may be used.
- If a team cannot attend an agreed game, it must notify its opponent and cancel the reserved sheet. Failure to do so results in a forfeit, minus 10 points and payment for the reserved sheet. The opponent receives 30 points.
- Forfeits may only be reported by email after notifying the opponent.
- A team may suspend participation for one round by notifying the organiser by email. In the next round it will play in the lowest group.
- Teams that neither participate nor suspend their participation are automatically removed from the list.
- The organiser may change the rules during the competition.
