O!Pary

Join us for O!Pary - a curling tournament for teams of two! Played under WCF mixed doubles rules, but teams don't have to be mixed.

Receipt of a correctly submitted registration form will be confirmed by an automatically generated email. Valid registrations will appear, after verification, in the PARTICIPANTS LIST tab as "Pending confirmation" (or "Starting list" for the first 5 teams). Only original pads/covers with codes and foams approved for use in WCF competitions are allowed at the tournament.

No later than November 18, 2026, teams qualified for the tournament will receive confirmation of participation along with a request for entry fee payment. Spots not paid for by December 4, 2026, 11:59 PM will be automatically transferred to teams on the waiting list.

In case of withdrawal submitted after the entry fee has been paid, but no later than December 22, 2026, the entry fee will be refunded minus an administrative fee of 210 PLN. Withdrawals submitted after December 22, 2026 are not eligible for a refund of the entry fee.

No changes to the composition of a registered pair are allowed. For pairs whose participation has been confirmed, a change in pair composition is equivalent to that pair withdrawing from the tournament. For pairs pending confirmation, a change in pair composition is equivalent to withdrawing the registration - the new pair must register again via the registration form.

Once the list of teams qualified for the tournament is announced, the registration form will reopen, allowing teams to sign up for the waiting list.
