▫️4 games guaranteed for all teams. Top 12 teams will play 6 games.

The System

▫️Teams in Niciarniana, Włókiennicza and Przędzalniana pools play 3 games using the Schenkel System (points, stone difference, end difference, stones scored, ends scored)

▫️After 3 games, the top 8 teams advance to the Górna (High Road) group (1st and 2nd placed teams from each section + 2 best teams from 3rd places). The next 8 teams advance to the Śródmieście (Middle Road) group. The remaining 8 teams (7th and 8th placed teams from each section + 2 weakest teams from 6th places) advance to the Doły (Low Road) group.

▫️Quarterfinals, semifinals, finals and bronze medal games are played within the Górna, Śródmieście and Doły groups.

▫️Last end signal: 100 minutes.

Only original, unmodified WCF-approved pads and covers with valid codes are allowed during the tournament.

“TEAM LINE-UP: 1. ME, 2. MY BUDDY, 3. TBD, 4. TBD”

Only registrations with a complete team line-up (full names of at least 4 players) will be considered. It is not possible to complete an incomplete (3 players or less) line-up later.

“DID YOU RECEIVE OUR REGISTRATION?”

An automated confirmation email should be sent after submitting the registration form. If you do not receive it and you are sure the form was filled correctly, please contact us at kontakt@curlinglodz.pl. Verified registrations will appear on the PARTICIPANTS LIST page as “Waiting for confirmation”. Verification might take up to several days.

“MONEY, MONEY, MONEY...”

No later than August 7th, 2026, accepted teams will receive confirmation of participation together with payment instructions for the entry fee. Spots unpaid by August 21st, 2026 at 23:59 CET will automatically be offered to teams from the waiting list.

In case of withdrawal after payment, but no later than August 28th, 2026, the entry fee will be refunded minus an administrative fee of 299 PLN (or 71 EUR). Withdrawals made after August 28th, 2026 are not eligible for any refund.

“KEEP THE ORGANIZER INFORMED...”

If a team does not pay the entry fee on time and also fails to inform the organizer about withdrawal before the deadline, its players may receive lower priority for acceptance to events organized by Curling Łódź during the 2026/27 and 2027/28 seasons.

“HEY CURLING ŁÓDŹ, OUR LINE-UP HAS CHANGED...”

All line-up changes must be reported by email to kontakt@curlinglodz.pl no later than September 9th, 2026 at 21:00 CET (this also applies to teams originally registered with 4 players wishing to add a 5th player).

Changes involving half or more of the originally registered players may result in the registration not being accepted or in the team losing the right to participate. A player cannot be registered for more than one team. If the same player appears on multiple line-ups, only the first submitted registration will be accepted.

Borrowing players from other teams during the tournament is not allowed. Using a player not officially registered in the team’s line-up results in a forfeit. The forfeit score is 0:12 (6 ends).
