Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the General Data Protection Regulation, or GDPR), we inform you that:
- The data controller is Curling Łódź spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, with its registered office in Łódź at 10 Śnieżna Street, 92-103, tax identification number NIP 7252122309, hereinafter referred to as the Controller.
- Your personal data will be processed exclusively to perform an agreement concerning participation in competitions, courses or activities organised by the Controller, or an agreement for the provision of curling rink rental services, and to settle the service for accounting purposes, in accordance with the principles set out in Article 5 of the GDPR. The data will be stored for the period necessary for the proper performance of the agreement and, for data required for accounting purposes, for the period required by applicable tax law.
- The processed personal data may include: first name, surname, year of birth, country and city of residence, sports club, university, telephone number, email address, achievements, category and sporting experience.
- Your data may be transferred to persons, organisations, companies or public administration bodies entrusted in writing with processing personal data and responsible for breaches of the processing rules. Data may be transferred only to the extent necessary to perform the contracted service.
- Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- access your data and receive a copy of it
- rectify (correct) your data
- request erasure, restriction of processing or object to processing
- data portability
- lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office
- Providing personal data is voluntary. Failure to provide the data may make it difficult or impossible to perform the agreement.
- You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
